Automatic end turn after change

Hello every time when I change a faction during the game, the game ends the turns automatically. This can be a little bit annoying. Can I do something to change this?

you can just save on your first turn and load.

or on first turn, go into the options and uncheck the box for wait at end of turn and then recheck it, when you close out of options it should be fixed

If you change some files, yes.

Whenever you change civs, all of the gameplay options are reset to default, including not waiting at the end of the turn. You have to change them manually the turn you switch over.
