I'm thinking of going for a more action-oriented toad, maybe this, but it needs cropping and compressing

Is it better than waving toad?

Meh, I like your current one more. This one makes the already effeminate Toad look even more so.

Ha ha, I don't know how you guys do this. I've tried resizing efficiently in Microsoft Picture Manager and...ugh. What program do you guys use? I'm guessing GIMP.

Anyways, I would like two separate avatars for these two panels, again from that comic. It doesn't matter how you resize it, just leave Austria-Hungary's expression in the first panel (move it up if you have to, if it all comes down to cropping that then it's fine) and all the text (except for the "LATER"), please.

I use irfanview with some plugins. There's one that allows you to specify the max size of the output file.

Best I can do - 100x100 is too small image to make something readable from there and have some pic on there. Sorry.
