I think that's when I joined up.

I would join but I have a similar program already running... I don't want my computer to run slowly if it's running both.
I'm running a similar program - you can find more at http://grid.orgMind if I use this space to ask, what are you running?
As for me, I'm still not folding. But I am still waiting for the supposed Boinc-friendly Folding client.
I fear, however, that this will forever be on the back-burner. With the new GPU Folding advances, and their great success, there won't be much reason for programmers to spend time on a currently stalled project.
In the meantime, I'm happily crunching for some of the less-processor intensive projects, like FightAids@home, through Boinc and the WCG.

It too is trying to cure things like Cancer through the same method.
I joined the team, but I may switch to one another forum I go to has if they end up making a team. I introduced it to them.
I have five lectures on protein misfolding (wrt mechanisms of disease processes) coming up in February, so I'll be writing up some of that and posting it here just in case anyone is interested. Science spam ftw!
If that happens, you will get a proportionate number of points so the time won't be completely wasted. I've recently had some EUEs for the first time and got some points for all of them.F@H have just started my Mac on a project 3029 unit. It will take 20 hours at its current rate of progress, and is worth 1440 points.
It'll be just my luck for it to fail at 90%
My recent run of higher points has probably just ended, the two fairly powerful servers I'd added F@H to just went into production, necessitating the removal of the client.
