How about this "hypercube" civ able to move domestic units through other civ's territory without open borders? And to top it, any military unit stacked with it?
How about a civilization whose cities could move - you'd build a settler-type unit which removed the existing city, only to rebuild it - and all it's buildings thus far - somewhere else?
The last two combined would be awesome.

Up until a certain era at least. Medieval perhaps?
I don't think it would be realistic for a nomadic civ to be able to move all of the buildings. Some should be able to be moved, but others I think should stay on the tile. Could be a cool thing to settle on a tile and find you've got some buildings already because the nomad civ was there and built them earlier.
Basic buildings like granary, library and such? Yeah, that'd be cool.
