Concerning sp1023 and Vijayanagar, as I have personal connections to him, he has stated that he quit NESing for the ravages of Tribal Wars. Nonetheless, I told him that this NES has started and he may or may not be coming back, as his answer was pretty ambiguous. Thus, if he doesn't respond within a week, I believe he will have truly quit and the nation should be opened for other players.

I will most likely send orders within the next two days, as I contemplate my moves.

Could you add Pechin to Ryukyu's faction list? They were basically Ryukyuan Samurai. I can't really dig up too much info about them currently, just that they were cahrged with enforcing the law and providing military defense. They also wore hats that signified their rank, but that isn't really important.
