EDIT: Actually, don't worry, I've found out. The King of Bohemia currently owes Hungary "400,000 gold" for Vlad to become the sole King of Bohemia. And Hungary's Diet isn't particularly pleased with the bastard son of Matthias - and are planning to vote Vlad in. Lord God Almighty.

Alright, a few questions before formulating orders:

1. Does giving a faction financial support count as an Initiative Point or is it separate?
2. Does restationing armed forces within your nation, including, say, police forces, count as an Initiative Point?
