That hasn't changed my opinion though. There's no reason to deny a move simply due to a minor error. The reason why it's really annoying, is because I bother to put in the As and Fs, and because of that, I get punished. If I had been lazy, and not included any As or Fs, then I wouldn't have been punished. It's stupid.

I have never screwed up Diplomacy orders ever, and I find it hard to believe that you guys mess up orders to this magnitude.

Gah, I hate my connection, it literally died on me as I was sending orders last night. Anyway, orders sent, and I just guess I'll have to take that Cholera.

Now before the update gets posted let me reiterate that the units that get NMR'd are completely random. So, it won't be my head, it will be the head of my green 8-sided die that comes with Key to the Kingdom, a fine 15-year-old fantasy board game full of treasure-collecting, card-trading, rolling to get out of traps-ing, getting into whirlpools to flip the game boards-ing, and all that good stuff. Only problem is the rules were hazy at times. I mean, if a guys loses a boss fight and has to roll to move away from a dungeon, can he use that move to go around and into the back entrance of the dungeon? Who knows? Also, it can be easy to forget to roll where the black knight goes after every turn.

Whilst Dover's victory was approaching, Ben felt uneasy. "Whilst we could go for the killer blow this year, I feel danger looming, enemies loom everywhere, we must proceed slowly. In the meantime send that army in the North Sea to Denmark."Indeed deception was lurking. Indeed, in dark dank secret backchambers the deadliest devious most daring conspiracy was being plotted out by UBP and Carthaginian agents. Indeed a twin assault on Dover's underbelly would surely send it reeling back from the brink of victory.
But alas, the intruder in the night's explosive briefcase was set underneath the large wooden table and on the far side of one of it's legs, saving Dover from death, but alerting it of the traitor.
Yes, while the Carthaginians managed to construct a basic internet communication line to the vast fleets after Y2K, the line had to go down right when orders were being transmitted to the most vital fleet in the whole operation!
Also UBP keeping a large standing army back at home left it unable to squeeze any more units into service.
Also the old Italian commander came back briefly to issue an order in vain. And now he's dead.

I'm pleased that I managed to drag MjM down in my death struggle.
I more of imploded, due to each of my orders having at least 1 game-breaking typo.

Yeah that NMR was bad, but I don't really care, it was never meant as a real backstab anyway. It was just to make sure that Dover didn't get a solo win, since he was dangerously close to 18. If he wasn't plotting to win on his own, he won't mind what we did just now.
If it wasn't for that Green territory still around, I'd call for a joint victory at this point. Now I suppose we'll have to play two more turns, or?

Well, it actually depends on what UBP does next... Any funny business which prevents me form hitting the Finnish Empire, and they're in for it.
