"JIHAD!!!!!" Suleiman yelled as troops fled into the city. The Eithiopians were taken by compelte suprise. The armies of the Ottomans rampaged across the countryside destroying the Eithioipian temples and idols. The Eithiopian troops fled from battle rather then face the mighty armies of Suleiman. Thousands of troops poured into the country. Many soldiers still had yet to arrive. the non-believers of the Eithiopian kingdom would be slaughtered. As the troops entered thecity, the ransacked it. Houses were burned, women were rapped and the men were slain. Idols were tossed into the streets and temples burned to the ground. The Eithiopians only watched at these horrors.
A journal of one soldier wrote:
"We saw the women of the city as though they were not human. We rapped them and killed them. The men were like sheep, we killed what ever we saw. We stormed into houses and whenever we found idols, we burned the house and killed the inhabitants. Nothing like this bloodlust had ever been felt by me, or my fellow soldiers. We were driven by pure hatred for these sub-human people. Allah forgive me for what I have done."
Back at home, the empire was growing through peaceful means. New colonies along the red sea and in Arabia had finally been founded. The economy of the Empire was up and the people were joyus. A parade in the streets were presented for the new soldiers going to the front. The people did not know the true horrors of war, but they understood that it was a necessary violance. While away, Suleiman ordered that the infrastructure of the Empire be increased. 2 new citites would be constructed. Tghe amount of spoils moving through the new colonies ports were turning them into bustling metropolises.
ORDERS:
Turn the colony bordering Eithiopia into a city(10)
Turn the territory east of Sinai and south of Jersualam into a city(10)
Build 2 divisions in the new arabian province(6)
Build 1 division in each of the new red sea colonies(9)
Colonize the 2 explored lands(16)
Move the 3 divisions in the red sea territory into the eithiopian terriotry southeast of it.
Unload the 5 divisions into the newly captured city.
Have Suleiman and his 7 divisions press onto the Eithiopian capitol.

Today I annnounce with the rise of the Habsburgs, Austria will be returned to it's former glory. Our future does not reside in colonies around the world but in Europe. Because of the recession Austria has been weak for years, but now that we have a strong leader, Austria will be a force to be reckoned with. I also I am informing Europe that anyone who is aiding the Protestants will be risk war with Austria. Long Live the Habsburgs, long live Austria!

Clucking bell... just arrived back from a three-day trip to Goteborg. The last page seems like I stumbled into the wrong NES (marriages everywhere), and what happened after this update is just confusing me. Apparently England attacked the Holy Roman Empire (isn't that dark green ex-Rome?) and Spain declared war on Russia, both apparently beng pointless wars with one of the most faraway persons imaginable. I've got a pm that involves two of the abovementioned looking for alliance, and in general, I am just bleeping confused.
So my orders are now to send out another 6 colonists. More land can't hurt.

After the battle
The battle had been won. Theron of Edessa observed the endless stream of wagons loaded with the gold of the Aztecs travelling towards the sea. They would soon reach the port cities of Grecian Mexico. Then the famous Gold Galleons would ship them towards the Old World. Incredibly richness was gained from the fall of the Aztecs. The Queen was incredible proud of Theron and his accomplishments and she had already made him governor of all of Mexico including the Yucatan peninsula. But first Theron would have to subdue one last Aztec city south west of Tenochtitlán.
Rapidly he moved his forces out of the Tenochtitlán area (which had become Spanish) and entered Aztec territory again. After a few days of travel he could already see the city. The Aztecs had gathered to defend the city, but with the loss of their King and their capital their moral was pretty much crushed. Theron prepared his army. He had gained much experience from the battle of Tenochtitlán and his forces had become and excellent fighters. The cannons were deployed and the cavalry moved to the flanks. In the centre the famous pike formations prepared for battle and the musket men loaded their rifles with their deadly bullets. This battle would be the last clash between the Greece Empire and the Aztec Empire.
Meanwhile the Christianization of the new world continued. Cathedrals were built throughout New Greece and the many natives had been converted. Especially in the old colonies on New Attica and New Crete which had been under Grecian rule for almost 20 years. The vaults of the numerous Orthodox Churches dominated the view in the colonies and the Patriarch had already lauded the efforts of the crown the Christianize the infidels of the new world. He blessed Theron and all the other conquistadors who risked their lives to spread the influence of the Orthodox Church in the new world.

"With all do respect my lord...Protestantism has been the religion for a while now.Why must you change all of this?" asked Yulaef,a protestant holy man
"The answer is easy...I am not protestant,and I am now the father of this country.I will not raise my children to be protestant.Your answer is still no!I will not grant more land to the protestants!" said Ragnar,slamming his fist on his throne,he continued. "I will rule my country as I see fit.If you don't like it,go get your own country and make it protestant..The new world,perhaps?"
Yulaef took a few steps back,bowed,then left...Ragnar then looked to his general Jaared,and said "Follow him..If he starts any comotion,destroy him." and the General bowed,cmplied,and left.

"Sire!Are you catholic or protestant?" asked a peasant near Yulaef's church.
"I am whatever the king tells me to be." replied Jaared stirnly
"I respect the king's wishes as well...But word around the camp fire says that Yulaef is raising an army of Protestant ruffians to storm the king's castle." said the peasant
Curiously,the general turned to this man on the side of the street,and said "Really?"
"Why,yes...But don't take my word for it..Check it out yourself!Go for a look see in the church!" the peasatn said,and the general went off in haste to the church that was 2 streets down.
He came to the church,but stayed outside at a market right next to it...He sat and talked to one of the merchants idly as he studied the church,and who went in,and out,and what they were carrying and etc... and all was looking well,till a wagon pulled by 2 fine brown horses stopped by the church,directly at the entrance so that noone could see what was going in or out...And 2 Swedish soldiers were standing as lookout for the wagon,as if working for the church
He quickly looked to the merchant again,and said "Do you know what that's all about?"
The merchant shrugged and replied "It must be Yulaef..He's became quite the hero to the protestants around here...He promises everyone that he's going to restore protestantism to us."
"Hmmm...What do you think of the matter?" asked Jaared curiously
"I couldn't care less" replied the merchant "as long as I can sell my **** at these markets I'm good...Money is the only religion I know" he said with a small chuckle.
"It's been nice talking with you" said Jaared as he stood up,and picked up an egg... "I will buy this" he put some gold coins down on the counter...Before the merchant could warn him about overpaying he was out of reach.
Jaared then went to the king to warn him,and was given a thousand men to take down Yulaef

"By order of King Ragnar Savag I must take this protestant church,and make it a monument of Sweeden!THis means I will be burning it down,to make it known that if you go against the king's wishes,you WILL be punished!" said Jaared,as he raised his arm and the fire arrows were lirted and aimed at the church from the archers.
"Don't worry men!We have god on our side!THis church will never be set aflame!" said Yulaef
"FIRE!" shouted Jaared,and the archers let off a volley.Imediately the church caught on fire in many places.
"What!?Yulaef you lied!God is with them and we will die for it now!" said Yulaef's second in comand, Derik.
"I guess we will,won't we...EVERYONE!KILL YOURSELVES FOR GOD!!" shouted Yulaef as he ran himself threw with his blade.
"Don't do it!Put your weapons down and surrender yourselves!" shouted Derik,and everyone listened.
"What!?THey're surrendering" said Ballig,Jaared's first lieutenant.
"Looks that way" replied Jaared as he chuckled....Then shouted "Infantry!Do your job" then the infantry started marching out towards the weaponless men...And slaughtered the lot of them. "May there be no more enemies of the king!"
