How do you think that you add some cities in your scenario in next version?

ex) suez, okinawa, guam, seoul, pyonyang ... and so on.

I think that these cities are important city in cold war age.

Will you add more little civilizations and more cities in huge earth map?

otherwise Will you add in giant earth map (more bigger size)?

Great Mod! Am in 17th century now. Personally i find the carriers too weak with only a cargo space of 6. So i decided to increase the space to 18 in the unitinfo xml. But in the game cargo space is still 6... Dunno what i'm doing wrong, guess i'm missing something here. Can you help me?

hmm, seems you did everything right. havent installed CIV now but in my mind it has to be the line: <icargo>6</icargo> then save the edited unitinfos.xml....
*EDIT*: keep in mind that there are more than one carrier in the game...did you edit them all?

you can upload the map in a post from you...as i said above, havent installed CIV...and it will not be installed until next year....no time for modding at the moment...sorry guys!

Yes changed that line and saved. And yes for all the carriers, all 5. Sevopedia however does show cargo space 18... only the carrier will still only carry 6.

UPDATE!: Problem solved. I deleted 1 carrier and built new one, that one now holds 18 planes! Didnt know they should be constructed again. Thnx anyway!

If you install this map in next version... could you more slowly babarian tech speed?

I have one question;I see that you merge land transport from lady Orge I think,so do AI use them in any way..I mean did you test them in game?? In original thread they say that it doesnt work proprely?!

In my opinion it is already slow enough. but i'll look into it again and run some test games before the next release.

the landtransport mod is planned but not already merged! so i havent tested it. but sad to hear that it doesnt work properly :sad:....

Hope you have a solution to this problem. Am experiencing a crash in the game when i try to continue to the next month in 1739. Tried to restart the game, the computer, unfortunately still a crash when trying to progress to the next month... Can you help...?

Am I not clear enough? I said I havent installed CIV anymore and I will NOT install the game until the NEXT year!!! and what is the result: i can NOT test you map until NEXT year!!!
Wishes or suggestions are very welcome, but i only write them down on my list and THAT'S IT.....I start working on the next version the NEXT year when I finished my Exam....

can you describe the problem a little bit more complex? and do you have windows 32bit or 64bit? perhaps it is a MAF?

I'm playing it with Vista 64 bit with 4gig RAM. With my previous game it also crashed somewhere in the 18th century. It simply crashes back to windows and closes the game when moving on to the next turn. Impossible to go to the next turn, ever.

Ok, i do not know much about MAF... So i went searching for a possible solution and i found this one:

But with no result as checkbox is already flagged for >2gig. This solution seems only to be Is it possible that even 4gig isnt enough?!

But maybe it is not a MAF error, i do not get any message about an allocation failure, then only message i get is that "Civ4 does not work anymore because it encountered a problem and therfore is closed".

hmm...it's hard to say without a look into the savegame...i'am sorry but in this special situation i cant really help you...:(....

p.s.: is it a special action that cause the crash, or just a move from a special unit, or is the AI moving, do you build something special....?
