[BUG] Can't run game in DX11

The attatched file is my computer info. I have (afaik) the latest version of Civ, as steam updates it automatically.

When I try opening civ, a black window pops up (even though it's set on full screen) and just sticks, eventually decides it's not responding.

Any ideas? Cheers.

For me it doesn't allow to choose to run under DX11(it's gray) even if i have latest service pack. I played under dx11 in the beginning but when i reinstalled the game later i couldnt anymore. Strangely when i play other games they recognize that and i can play under dx11 without problems.

This game is full of bugs. I play under dx9 but i'm happy with that. It's faster.

When I play in Dx9 mode I get awful graphical errors with a lot of icons, like the top info bar and all the techs.

...er...your computer does not meet the minimum requirements, your graphics card is to weak for the game.
