Might be a misunderstanding on my end, but shouldn't controlling Ireland be considered as controlling European (Celtic) core for 3rd Aztec UHV? Save attached.

No, only the original cores count.

Novgorod, despite being in the "Rise of Russians" zone, does not come under Russian control. Nizhny Novgorod, on the other hand (if founded), does

In this Arabian game, I didn't get any "arabian expansion" bonus in Persia, while I had it in every other games. I can't find any reason to this.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but in the develop branch, I don't think the Individualism civic's bFreeImprovementUpgrade effect works. I've looked through the code, and CvPlot::doImprovementUpgrade() is the method that should handle upgrading unworked improvements. However, CvPlot::doImprovementUpgrade() is only referenced two places:

The first of which is commented out. The only way to get to the second reference is through CvCity::doTurn(), here:

And CvCity::doTurn() only calls CvPlot::doImprovement() on plots that are being worked. So the plots that aren't being worked are never checked for upgrade progression. The hover-over text works, in that it displays that the tile should be upgraded without working, but the upgrade time doesn't progress. That's at least how I'm understanding it.

Are you using the install wizard? It might be unable to interpolate the cyrillic characters in your path. However this error message looks like it is trying to launch the game and failing. Have you checked the "Launch after installation" (don't recall the exact phrasing) option in the installer?

If so, even if that failed, the installation might have still succeeded. Have you tried launching the game/mod normally?

Hi. I Downloaded this mod from Github directly without any errors or problems. but when I want to start new game i got errors.

Please ensure that your game language is set to English. I infer from your location that your game might be the Russian/Ukrainian version. There might be issues getting the mod to run on that version of the game that I am unable to diagnose and fix.

They are talking about the base game. The mod is developed on the EFIGS release of the game. The Russian language release of the game is entirely separate and does some things regarding language differently. Since I do not own that release of the game, I cannot make sure that the mod functions properly with it.

I do not think that The Red Cross applies the Medic promotion to tanks. Though should it?

Expansion Tiles expired when you changed to a state of peace with one of two Indy civs. If you enter Debug Mode (CTRL Z) you'll see Sirajis and Herat (as well as unowned tiles in the area) are still Expansion. I'd advise checking "Show Minor Civs" box in the Scoreboard section of the BUG options if you haven't already.

War/peace mechanics with Indies haven't been made fully transparent yet. For now the only way to ensure a state of war persists is to keep land units in their territory or maintain blockades.
I'm sure tuning all this in is on Leoreth's list.

Playing as Japan, my game crashed just after the turn of the attached save.
Sorry for coming back to this so late, but something happened in earlier turns in your game that caused this issue. Do you still happen to have saves from previous turns?

Mongols invade Russia and Persia in XVI century - is it intended? They seem to have survived partial collapse and returned. Should happen in 5 turns after the save.
I cannot reproduce this from the save. Looking at the code, the latest year that Mongol conquerors should be able to spawn is 1500 AD. If you encounter this again, please include a save from the immediate turn before.

Happily I was saving each turn because my game already had crashed like 6-7 turns before (I had to reload like 3 turns before to prevent the crash, which finally happened again 6-7 turns after), so I attach the 6 saves before the crash. Unfortunatly I don't remember when was the first crash.

That's great. I will take another look soon.

Hm, it does not reproduce from these saves, even the latest one. Do you remember doing anything specific in those last turns? Losing or killing any units in particular?
