Playing as Greece, Romans "respawned" in... 735BC, before their birth date. Here is the save when they "respawn" but I don't have the save just before.
Yes. Rhegium and Roma were mine and I was unstable when they spawned. Maybe it’s their "rebirth period" which is still the same as when they spawned in 800BC ?
Yeah that's possible. I generally don't define rebirth periods that start before the spawn, but there might not be another check that prevents a rebirth before the original spawn date.
I got this python exception while loading a Prussia game for technology rate observation. I don't have a saved file, it opened seemingly infinite windows that never went away no matter how many times I clicked.
I didn't even think about the autosave! I started a new autoplay right after for more data, which cleared out the autosave cache. I'll keep an eye out for this again in the future.
Bugged wonders?
Playing as Japan on Monarch/Paragon difficulty:
Hansoeng GP generation is bugged. Cap seems off, can't tell if its because of the wonder or previous Korean civ.
Nobel Price GP generation is bugged. Its generates GP point for all civs.

I'm also getting what looks like a bug with GP generation. In my case the city with Shwedagon Paya (Houcheng) generates GPs way too fast. Also playing as Japan, Monarch difficulty.
The flavour names of the first two English UHV conditions seem to be the wrong way round. The first one is about naval power (e.g. Britannia Rules the Waves) while the second is about a truly global empire (The Sun Never Sets).
The error below occurred when changing from one turn to another. It displayed some error boxes, which I clicked OK on and the game continued without crashing.
Here is a save from before the turn.
The version I was playing was the first one in which the new BigMap came out, before the civics were changed.
From Babylon game. Game displays different value for produced culture when in overworld and when in city screen. Value next to culture slider and in tooltip when hovering over city bar are higher than one displayed in city screen. Might be caused by one not taking civ's culture modifier into account.
