I just noticed that your first screenshot shows a weird name for Russia. "Rus of Muscovy", really? Did you rename it that way yourself?Wow! What was that? Is it normal?
Are you getting a Python exception?New Espionage Advisor (Ctrl E) is buggy! It does not change costs when you select different cities to see how much it cost to do things there. Screen is static, numbers just dont change!

Got it, thanks.Looks like your are on the receiving end of the diverted Crusade, a la 4th Crusade style capture of Constantinople. Although I am not sure what can Orthodox player do to minimize this menace. I think it takes one Catholic civ with money to divert crusade, but perhaps maintaining good relation with every rich Catholic nation could safeguard Mother Russia?
No it was by itself, there were some more weird names during the game, the most strange was the Rus' of Russians or something. Also it depends of your capital cty, it could be Kiev Rus, Rus of Novgorod etc.I just noticed that your first screenshot shows a weird name for Russia. "Rus of Muscovy", really? Nope, just nothing happens. Latest git.Are you getting a Python exception?
Serious bug: Moor's 2 UHV fails few turns after 3000 BC start was loaded. And yes, I did settle Cordoba in place.
The AI can be barred from building wonders needed by the human player's UHV until the human player spawns. I've done it before, and I might have to do it again for this case.Oh right, did not realize that... Sorry, not a bug then. But don't we think AI should be discouraged a little? Say, if La Mezquita would require some tech that Arabs don't have or require at least 50% of their own culture in the city.
And besides, can someone explain to me how Arabs in my game been able to place the third wonder in the city with just Developing culture?
