Here is a bit more information

Turn 1033 - I vote on Worlds Fair proposal
Turn 1034 - I receive word Worlds Fair has passed. I set its production in all my cities. It currently reads 0%.
Turn 1035 - Worlds Fair reads 40% complete. My contribution is 3,296, which is 17%
Turn 1036 - Worlds Fair reads 83% complete. My contribution is 6,327, which is 33%
Turn 1037 - Worlds Fair is complete. Total contribution remains 6,327.

At least some of the AIs contributed on turn 1034, 1035, and 1036. I clearly contributed on only 2 turns. I admit I'm confused by how this works. You can see in that screenshot of the AIs production on turn 1034 that they haven't started building it yet.

That is truly amazing. Thanks for that, I apologise for my misguided assertions to the contrary.
 
No problem, I had been operating under similar assumptions before I ran into this. I'm still not entirely sure what's going on.
 
Has there been any reports of inconsistent behavior re: pathing yet?

The game I'm currently playing I sent troops that were near city A to city C. Cities A, B and C are all connected via roadway in a V shape, with A and C on the top. Instead of traveling by road they took the most direct path which is nearly all forest/jungle. I've also been seeing workers ignoring road options and trudging thru the jungle.

Is it normal a cannon to destroy a level 14 city without walls in one attack??? I think not...
 
I'm not able to access the interface to view or move great works. I'm using the version of EUI included with CBP, and I'm not using any other mods that alter the UI that I know of, aside from City Limits. I haven't had any other interface issues that I've noticed. My other mods are on the recommended/compatible list. Anyone have any ideas?

Any mods that modify the cultureoverview.lua file will conflict.

So I have an issue where the game keeps crashing. It's happened before on different game saves at various turns (always Spain's specific turn though)...and I usually just start a new game anyway. But, it is quite annoying as it is so I'd like to know why.

I have all dlc, and the only mods installed is the one here and IGE. This is using the new beta version from 2/5 but it has happened on all the others as well.

Just hit a total brick wall in my latest game.

I'm playing as the Maya and due to some lack of foresight, I didn't found a religion when I was able to. I was just about to hit the Industrial era when my Long Count bonus person popped up. I clicked on it to find that the last Great Person I was able to select was a Great Prophet...but the game wouldn't let me do so since I hadn't founded a religion. Thus I was stuck staring at a box that I couldn't even click away from, and my game is now permanently stuck.

I'm glad you fixed the turn 30 religion founding that I used to have to deal with when the Maya were in the game G, but is there any way around this one?
 
Civ amateur here. I've followed several CPP versions now, and have experienced several CTDs. I am currently around turn 200 and have an inevitable CTD despite rewinding several turns and making different decisions. I just enabled logging mid-game and do not see a cvminidump.dmp file generated. Only other mod is a promotion tree UI. How do I generate this dump file (couldn't find the answer on forum search) and would it even be useful to post?

Unfortunately the mod breaks in disassembly, which means it is a LUA error. Try getting rid of IGE and then see what happens.

Good afternoon i have come across a graphics issue today while playing this fantastic mod. 2016-02-07_00001.jpg. All my drivers are up to date. Click on image to enlarge it for better viewing. As you can see this happens when looking at my city screens. And all unit icons and others have glitches as well. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer me to resolve this issue.
 
just a quick question for starters, has there ever been an issue with city-states not showing up in the game at all? even though they were set to be there. disregarded this the first time i played all CBP mods enabled because i didn't know how it should function. however, even after deleting yield files (for the less balanced and more original game), same scarce version showed up. no starting luxuries, no states. clearing cache doesnt help. game has all DLCs. oh, but i did get few bushes of perfume once. but that never repeated.

will elaborate more tomorrow if that's some new issue.

Don't delete files. That's a recipe for disaster.
