As for crash, unfortunately logs don't offer much help. Could you possibly post a save from before crash so I could test it, and compare with others to see if I can find a correlation.

Edit: Tin and tea do show up, but do require a policy to do so (liberty and exploration). There does seem an issue with Jade, will look at.

Saved game is from turn 513. It's using Whowards DLL (v61) as well.

EDIT: i'm not using any other mods and i'd delete them all before erasing cache and moduser data

The Database say that you miss the inca dlc. This should be the reason for the broken techtree.

Thanks, currently my version is a little different from the testing version, so i hope Gyogen can look in it.
If he is busy i will download the test version and look what the problem.
 
I've been playing the new version, and the game keeps crashing at about 15-20 turns in. Before then everything works, techs, buildings, millions of wolves. Except it always crashes very soon after.

I'm playing on King, choosing Random civ, standard speed, choosing a map or not makes no difference. I have the Bison fix, still crashes. I've tried choosing a civ and a map, and the game still crashes. Any ideas?

EDIT: I am using all Expansions and DLCs.


Please post logs if you can. As for wolves, I've updated the files so they don't spawn everywhere until I am able to rework file that handles that.
 
game crash Turn 61.
My first game wasn't crash at turn 83 but i begin a new one after downloading the inca civ.

Crash while barbarian turn. This game have a lots more free space than the older one. Possibly relate to the number of barbarians or barbarians camp on the map?
 
When starting civ to test Dionysos' game again I accidentally hit directx 9 version instead of 10/11, however when I loaded and tested the game did not crash where it had been before. Could anyone having crash issue please try running in directx9 version so I can verify if there is a correlation.

The only other difference is instead of loading from the save that was on turn 512 I think, I loaded from an autosave from a previous test of the save which was at turn 520(closer to crash turn 522)
 
Ok i cant load the save game it tells me i miss a dlc.....
Its to late today for me to buy and check this, i will try it tomorrow.

But one question, can you try to change the settings for graphic down, after you encountered a crash and then just try it again?
 
On directx 11 i have all max settings, and i have crash. In directx 9 i have settings low/medium, but it also crash ;d In Vanilla Civ i don't had any crashes.

Vanilla doesnt have that large ammount of features like CCTP.
There could be a lot of reasons why this happen, f.e some lua code that isnt working correct or any other conflict.
When the game always crashs in the ai turn, then the reasons are limited.
Another example could be that one of the improvement cause this or a resource.
Anyway i will look into it when i have sleeped and my mind is more fresh then now.

It looks like Jade also requires a policy (commerce).
 
Maybe you'll search a element which repeated on every crashing save? :) (To much Sherlock Holmes ;d)

Have been trying to find that element:) So far the only main one is the fact it's between turns, however, not always at same point, and vastly different turns(sometimes a few, sometimes over 500).

Of course, it could the crashes are caused by different things, and I'm just seeing a pattern where there is none.:crazyeye:

When I reloaded the last test I did, there must be some reason it didn't crash, when it had the other times. I'll try to track it down, problem is I'm away from home, and my laptop can take quite some time to load the game, so testing takes much longer.
 
On turn 243, I got a free tech of Prometheus that I was already researching. I got the splash screen that I was into the Classical Age.
On turn 244 I was allowed an additional Social Policy. It allows me to take one of the trees I already have open, but would not allow me to open Patronage or Aesthetics. Both say they should be allowed in the Classical Age. (I tried saving and reloading the game. No help)

Got a crash after turn 420. Using Divx11 or Divx9 doesn't make a difference.

Edit: Bought an additional worker and choosed another tech (Originally it was architecture): No crash :devil:
