I'm not in a position to look, and regardless of the details, thanks for doing this. Did you expose/transcript the flag values into Python accessible constants? In practise only a couple of them will be needed (the ones to stay in owner territory, and to avoid enemy territory come to mind)
I did not do that yet. Actually I thought that some of them might be already exposed as there was already a generatePath function exposed that had the iFlags but on a fast search I did not find any exposed. So unless the EXE is exposing them (which it might), I still need to do that.
 
It's so good to be back once again, and I now have some updates, just fixes for stuff reported while I was gone.

Updates:

-Fixed the Woodsman making Forestry obsolete issue.
-Made Crime from Units and Promotions properly affect plots now, as opposed to cities. Note that Criminal units have full effect on plots, while police units have half effect on plots (It is hard to police wide open spaces).
-Added a Tribal Guardian unit. (nonfunctional currently)
 
Update
Exposed the PathGenerator flags to Python under the name PathingFlags. So you can access them with PathingFlags.MOVE_WITH_CAUTION and similar.
 
@DH: I just added the City Defense unit I was talking about last week to the SVN. It is however nonfunctional until the Python script is added that will spawn this unit in the first city each player founds. Could you please add this script for me? The unit is UNIT_TRIBAL_GUARDIAN if you need to know that. Thanks in advance.:goodjob:

Do you only want this in the first city or all cities founded before Sedentary Lifestyle?

- Alternate (Earth) terrains as requested by SO to test black terrain problem.

Which terrain has the problem? The normal or the alternative? Also is there a way to manually change it back? I can't tell deserts from dunes anymore. :( In fact most of the terrain look the same. And we are putting back the normal one before the next release right?

Only the first city, I actually went and made it a National Unit (limit 1). Once the AI gets to multiple cities it is normally good at surviving.
 
Updates
- Set all of my buildings which had 0% capturing probability to 50% and set my custom wonders to 100% capturing probability.

This means that most cities will not have to rebuild from the ground up anymore when you take over another city. Most have a 50/50 chance of surviving a capture. As I understand it culture also helps increase your odds, so send those spies in to spread your culture to the city before capturing it.

Sorry, I am not well. If I was I would have told SO to install my alt-terrains mod on his machine rather than me put it in the SVN. I don't even understand the last PM he sent.
