  • put back the art/interface/buttons/improvements file that some how got lost from the FPK (Machu Picchu improvement in particular)

  • remove World Tech code. It is not working so removed just in case it was causing some of the CTDs (probably wasn't)

  • Fixes a problem with IgnoreTerrainCosts.
  • Fixes a few problems with Transport Promotions.
  • Fixes a problem with attacking units not being charged any movement if their defender withdraws and there are more defenders in the target tile.
  • Fixes a display (and possibly more) problem with More XP to Level option.
