Added help tooltip to Emancipation Proclamation national wonder, that it disables worldviews including Slavery (Slavery disables buildings like Factory).
Space workers now are as fast as space settlers - excluding ones limited to Moon/Mars/Venus.
Space explorers move at half speed of space workers and space settlers.


I did that to space units, because space maps can be made as someone pleases, and because sometimes space units can be built far from space zones meaning a lot of turns wasted on moving space units.
Also game sees space units as normal land units.
Space units, that can be built on Earth are much more expensive than most of units unlocked in Atomic - Nanotech era.

Emancipation Proclamation is now Ordinance like building with critical urgency (AI weight of 1000 - build this OR ELSE).

It had to be done - AI is too blind to realize, that it will be in great pain in Atomic and later eras.
Since in this save player has those worldviews I'll test if really great people can remove worldviews.

Slavery is as bad as Revolutions option for AI in Atomic era - Save showcased huge empire in mid Atomic era with Slavery still being active.
They had no Industrial/Atomic era manufactured resources in Atomic era.

Great Detective/Statesman can remove Cannibalism and Slavery too - that is ALL great people can remove those two worldviews.

Pepper module MUST be loaded after custom world views, so Emancipation Proclamation can actually turn off worldviews.
Emancipation Proclamation now directly replaces every single worldview building.

Reduced instability from Sectarian Violence (250 instead of 1000) and Timeline Tampering (500 instead of 900).
Now first one allows to brace for impact while still being dangerous.
Timeline Tampering crime is Cosmic era crime, this means it isn't much of concern for most of players.

Since raxo2222 changed the Yields to YieldModifiers And added Vicinity requirements Pests are being reworked. This is the 1st set of updates and changes.

Rat catcher no longer obsoletes as Rats pest doesn't obsolete.

Rat catcher now requires this pest to be built.

  • Further work on getting all the city names into the C2C xml file.
    • Changed city lists for many civs.
      • Major changes seen in Arabia, Mali, Viking, Inca, Iroquois and Native North American civs.
    • Lots of city names added, changed to more historical names, and reordered based on founding/conquest dates.
Note: I may have created some TXT_ERRORS for city names of already placed cities; if so I will fix them as they get reported in the bug thread.

Added Wildlife Conservation prereq to Civil Engineering and removed two redundancies created by this change.

Now AI will get park rangers in Industrial era.
They reduce pollution.

  • Raises Common Cold from entry level 1 to 10, was just not working as wanted by T-brd, too much fiddling with Disease levels in early game.

Tiny - 3456 (Somewhere between Duel and Tiny)
Small - 4704 (Current Tiny)
Standard - 6144 (Between Tiny and Small)
Large - 7776 (Current Small)
Huge - 9600 (Current Standard)
Giant - 11616 (Current Large)
Gigantic - 13824 (Current Huge)
Maps are now smaller.
Scenarios have updated size tag.

Huge maps kept crashing and having long EoT.
Aspect ratio is kept here.

It started about pollution, then it was about AI weight and general performance issues.
Note that those changes don't affect existing games.
Note, that actual area of scenarios isn't changed, just "world size=WORLDSIZE_XXXX" is changed to fit new sizes.

Added new crime - Lying.
Its unlocked by Deception tech at +1 crime level.
Boosted Alpha Male/Female a bit - now they reduce crime/disease by 3 per turn.

I can't find discussion about these - probably same thread where we were talking about performance.

Maps had wrong bonus: Ivory instead of Elephants.

You need to start new game if you were playing on affected maps.

Another fix to resources in scenarios: It should be Fine clay not Common clay, as Common clay is manufactured resource.
