-Fix for faulty camel rider animation.
Please help me ensure that everything is now right with the camel rider, haven't had much time to test it yet.

@Sparth: I saw there were some cultural version of the camel rider who used a mace, I think we should keep all variation of a single defined unit using the same kind of weapons to avoid strange animations. If we want unique version of it with different weapons it should be defined as an entirely new unit. All camel riders now use a spear.

Ok, just this one adjustment. It had been questioned if we should have -100% unit upkeep costs on subdued and idea unitcombats and after some playtesting on it tonight I agree it's too relaxing. So I'm putting it back to 50% for subdued (leaving it for ideas because that's not something that would require any cost to support at all) and I'm fixing the Subdued Tarantula as it's shown to not have the subdued combatclass.

I'm very much looking forward to v36, and don't want to delay anything, but checking out the screenshot...

The 'Camel Rider' unit model on the main window is fine, maybe a bit big, but the model in the lower left corner has the wrong proportions -- you can only see the camel's legs.
 
Those folders are supposed to be there, they are all the fix for camel rider.

Must have been a SVN problem, because i did a "clean up" and everything is ok now, thx. . .

  • Crash bugfix in properties.
  • Repair in ranged bombard AI.
  • Repair in Naval Blockade AI.
Those repairs should speed up turn times on some games running into problems due to them.

Also... let me know if properties are still displaying if they've gone to 0 after having been engaged. I think a little more work on the display code would be necessary to get them to continue to show at that point but this fix sets the groundwork for that fix to work properly once I get around to it.

  • Makes Terrain and Feature movement costs additive.
  • Adjusts Feature movement costs with that in mind.
  • Adds new Feature tag: bCountsAsPeak which makes the feature count as a peak for most game purposes but not artwork.
  • Applies bCountsAsPeak to all mountain based Natural Wonder features and Volcanoes. Removes bImpassable and the majority or all of the added movement costs from those entries as the Peak base movement costs and rules will now apply. Note: This also makes these features count as peaks for city prerequisite purposes. It should not, however, override the uses of bNoImprovements and bNoCities tags on those features.

  • Should now make it so that cities aren't gaining access to resources from buildings when they don't have the tech that enables trade for them.

  • May appropriately fix the Bonus Trade Access modification I just made that may have been a little buggy.
  • Should fix the Great Wall effect so that Barbs can move around inside the borders of a civ with the Great Wall but shouldn't be able to enter (by moving into) that civ's borders on the same continent that the Great Wall was built upon.
