C2C SVN Changelog

Excuse me, can anyone help me? I downloaded the 8975 revision, but when active "enter WorldBuilder" do not appear in units, land etc., the icons to activate and when I leave "WorldBuilder" do not turns off. Thank you in advance.

Did you do a fresh checkout of the mod and are you using that fresh checkout as the mod folder itself or did you somehow blend folders when you downloaded?

I suppose its possible that one of the above 2 bugs could've caused some problems for WB but currently, mine is working fine so being unable to replicate it, I can only suspect that the problem is in the fileset on your end somehow.
 
Sometimes worldbuilder crashes, retry then, one wrong key and it crashes. Sometimes after closing the WB again it dont show map anymore correctly, just try again then and it should work. Use mouse where a key crashes the WB. Make sure to have enouth RAM.
 
Shouldn't the changes to the (availability of) crime buildings and the new anti-crime units be coordinated with Joe?

Once the "dust settles" over these new units and such from T-brd I'll be looking into it deeper. And while T-brd has made posts about his intentions I have to just wait and see what it all lines up like. And then go from there.

So my end is basically on hold till T-brd gets his stuff in place and I can then playtest it.

I have not followed closely the last week or so because of RL.

  • Adjusts tech prereqs of a few buildings to fit with the rest of the review needs.

The criminals are next. Muwahahah!

    • Ambusher Edited (Note: it would be nice to use the newly assigned model and just apply transparency to it like we did with the old Ambusher graphic.)
    • Stalker unit added (This is the unit that now has the old Ambusher graphic. It could also get it's bow back officially - though best to keep it transparencied out still.)
    • Assassin Reviewed - very minor, if any, adjustments since the criminal side was done.

There's room for more at the end of this path but I'm going to wait until we've got games going that distance in full before initiating a project to flesh out the transhuman/galactic eras a bit more. For now, this is sufficient.

  • Ruffians on Foot reviewed:
    • Bandit Footpad Edited
    • Cutthroat already blended in but Rogue given to optionally upgrade to Bandit Footpad.
    • Partisan Edited and made an official member of the Ruffian line (and trainable now.)
    • Guerrillas already blended in but now Partisans upgrade to them.

Mostly this portion of the review just aligns progressions and bridges some gaps in upgrade paths. Makes Ruffians more categorical. Ruffians also have a Mounted set and Warlords will be reviewed to be a Ruffian leader class of unit line. I've added a new UNITAI to the ultimate plan for the final stages of the review for Ruffians to generate small city raiding forces to go independently conquering and throwing nearby opponents back into barbarism.

  • Promotion page of pedia should show the correct Unit Combat classes now

Your Grape picker shows up along with all the "other" Fruit picker choices. So you have 2 choices under different names that do virtually the same thing. Obviously I don't pick Grape Picker for Almonds, Dates, etc.

Did you by chance fix this after 8985?

  • Adds S&D Combat Mod tags throughout the Unit Reviews so far, including Canines.
  • Some adjustments to UnitCombats that were planned but overlooked during the last few rounds of changes.
  • Fixes some promotion tags that weren't removing themselves when the promotion was removed (including the Bug reported by DH regarding Special Cargo Changes.)
  • Makes the tag display far more clear regarding Cargo type changes.

@DH: All you'd need to do to fix your boats now would be to re-assign the Bounty Hunter promo then remove it.

The grape picker should only come up on grapes and the fruit picker should not come up on grapes. I must have missed something.

edit I looked at the SVN and grape picker can only be on grapes and fruit picker can't be built on grapes. So I don't know what is going on.

Would a screen shot or savegame help? This game that has it is from SVN 8985. Need to check the latest build to see if still there.

Edit: Worker action still there with most current SVN.
