News From The French Front
Aggression Is Not The Answer
West of Tours
The
League, not satisfied by the last slaughter, has advanced forward from
Nantes. After hearing the news,
Henry of Navarre exclaimed, " Do these
slimy buggers EVER quit!?!" and ordered the
French Forces west from
Tours. Still savouring their last victory, the
French Forces headed by the
French Army took the high ground above the
enemy.
The battle started out well with the deaths of a
Pikeman and
Musketman at the hands of our
Army. The
demoralized enemy was then subjected to a
heavy artillery barrage before the
Landsknecht charged. In the heat of battle,
two Landsknechts,
a Reiter and a
Rider were killed. The
French lost a
Landsknecht and have sustained heavy damage to our
defensive forces.
