News From The French Front

The Paris March

The French Forces have captured the two cities blocking the route to Paris. We can see the city but we can also see the League territory blocking our path.

Alecon

Our multiple Bombards reduced the defenses at Alecon to Nil. A French Landsknecht easily secured the city.

Orleans

A MAJOR battle at the crucial city. Also interesting as our victory was tainted with loss.

To start it off the walls were blown to pieces and several enemy regiments suffered from bombard fire.

The battle was longer than expected since the League had introduced Conscription at Orleans. Eventually, the French numbers turned the tide and we took the city.
