The Irish have grown tired of waiting for an English attack that may or may not come, and have therefore taken action into their own hands. A small but able force have shipped over the Irish Sea and landed just outside Carlisle. It is believed that the city will only be able to mount a defence consisting of a militia and possibly a musketman currently occupying a fort to the north. They will be a small match to our battle-hardened gallowglasses.

Come on and get this turn around quickly guys! I want to kick some English butt

I'm afraid that i've given up for now on long-winded reporting in this scenario.

Several cities fell to the French Invasion this turn.

Henry of Navarre has fufilled his promise to seize the gates of Paris. The center of France has fallen. Paris Captured.

3 Milita and 1 pikeman were killed. We lost 2 Landsknecht and a rider.

The siege at Dijon has been broken. Dijon Captured.
1 Elite Milita killed. We lost 2 Landsknecht.

Troyes and Meaux were blitzed by Reiters. Troyes and Meaux Captured.
2 Milita and 1 Pikeman killed. We lost nothing.

The league is indeed crumbling so fast I have never seen that !!!

gps - no report except for a bug that hit me pretty hard. Religious Monarchy has catastrophic corruption - not the way I recalled that was supposed to work. Kind of screws me a couple different ways. Oh well.

I do have a sense of deja-vu on this.
