I just bought my copy! 
I went to the EB Games in Lasalle to find it. The one in Les Ailes sucks and the staff dones't seem interested in games at all.
I did get to find the Felix & Norton store though. Hhmmmmm...cookies!

I just got it! Best Buy and Futureshop don't seem to have it but EB games seems to be getting them in. I just got two (one for a buddy) at the EB in Sunridge Mall Calgary. When I first got there they didn't have any but as I was leaving the mall the UPS truck pulled in so I decided I had better back track. By the time the clerk got the box open their was five of us in line for ten games. I don't think he'll even have to stock them. What a relief. Now I don't have to sit in agony all weekend. Now I just hope it works in my comp.

Nope, sadly, but since the employee who took my reservation was on his last day at the job *yesterday*, I decided not to make a fuss- the other employees who were there today had nothing to do with my problem.
I wanted Civ IV ASAP, and since the tech posters (TWO of them - french AND english!) were in the box anyway, I decided the music CD wasn't worth making a fuss about.

Called EB Games in Burlington, they have my pre-ordered copy in. Will be paying them a visit after work, and probably won't leave the house til Monday.

Got it too, the delivery guy come to my door at 12h50pm n i got it n it works fine!!
Just picked up my pre-order from EB Games in Market Mall. Sweet! 
They had a stack of 15-some Reg. Verson and a couple of Special Editions. All pre-ordered except for 1!
Gonna go see if my Radeon 9000 gonna give me any trouble. Will post results later.

EB in Cambridge has it. Be prepared....no rulebook only a CD with PDF copy of the rules. BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

As of right now, EB Sunridge has a few copies. No promises how long they'll last. Mine is reserved. 
Well there you go. Installed with no problems except for the mislabeled cds. Gorgeous Opening and Intro by Spock that almost takes longer to view than the install! Played 10 turns and ATI card is fine. Game looks good but the 3D will take some getting used to. I can see that my mouse wheel is a must-have.
So for the record, no problems and I'm impressed. Too bad that I had to wait for release day +3!!!
Gonna go make the biggest damn-a** world and make all the mistakes that worked in Civ III.

just got off the phone with Future Shop in Prince George they have 30 copies in so I think everyone should be able to pick one up today.
