CapNES2: The New Shuffle

(oc) May I build zeppelins for my airforce?
Are fortifications built on industry points?
What else can I spend my industry points on?

How much would it cost to expand a military branch to a max of five industry points per round?

PS. Capulet, I spent an eco. point on education, but it's still at Well Educated - it's supposed to be at Academic. I sacrificed two eco. levels for a total of 15 eco. points and spent 14 eco. on industry, right? The last point was for education. :D It's true... but I'm not sure if I have my orders anymore (think I just deleted them). But I did mention it earlier.

Here's a quote of my first set of faulty orders. I deleted my second copy.
Spend the six industry points on the economy.
Sacrifice two eco. levels for a total of 15 eco. points.
Spend one point on education (to Academic).
Spend 14 points on industry.
I've included it in my next set of orders.

Oh ok... well that should mean I'm at Academic NOW then. :) Ok I fixed it so I spent the last three eco. points to put it at enlightenment. Is that ok or did I lose the eco. points? (I'll send new orders.)

internet dead for 2 days, but now Im back

IDK. We'll know @ update time...it's going to be very confusing until then.

We have finally returned to find that you have invaded one of our allies. Please, explain yourself. Otherwise, we will be forced to take action.

Explain himself , as you can plainly see on the map he has all of Western Poland and Warsaw is being beseiged. Pretty clear he wants to see Poland in rubble.

Which are none. He wants the old German lands.

(oc) -here I said something insanely stupid (sort of), but most likely only Erik would care to find it-

ladedadedaedaedaaaaa

ready to fight me Conehead? This time it's in the *open!
*you guys had some complaints with my preemptive all-out-wars... I never figured what, but here goes!

(IC)
To the HRE from SDN

You're operating in our naval waters...
[All your coastal sea-areas is belong to SDN!]
Prepare for the Swedish crown to exert it's rightful dominance over it's inland sea!

Okay guys.

I want all orders either by tonight or early Saturday morning.

With threats of war going on everywhere (looks at Toteone), this update might take longer than I thought it would.

Not to mention, I have to write orders for das's NES.

So get those orders in!

Note: there ARE some narrow German majority regions: northwestern Silesia and Gdanks/Danzig-and-immediate-outskirts.

Oh, okie dokie.

Orders:
Increase economy by expanding in rich land.
Have whole army expand.

Sorry Kejixu, since you didn't send orders last turn or seem to be interested in this NES at all, I let Symphony D. take the USA.

Paris, February 1891

The clouds gathered quickly and before he knew it Paris was filled with rain pouring down onto the streets. Michel Gordey hurried off to his apartment, cursing the weather under his breath. The wide streets were filled with people rushing for cover and a few soldiers who continued their patrol without noticeble change.
Once he made it to his apartment he locked the doors and begun to write,
"Dear Friend,
I am most grateful that you would remember me in times such as these. I am glad to hear that your family is doing well and that you have found refuge in England. I thank you for your invitation to join you there, but I cannot as I have pressing buisness to attend to here, in France.
As you know the Napoleonic order is dead in France. The Orleans family is back on the throne and the legacy of the Great Emperor is already forgotten. France has succumbed to squabbles between liberal and conservative politicians, meaningless intrigues, and the rule of the aristocracy once more. But fear not my friend, the ideals of Democracy and Freedom are not yet lost here, for there are people such as you and I in this world who will fight until we die for these ideas.
I wish you the best of luck in England, and please pass on my regards to your wife and both children,
Always your friend,
Michel Gorday."

A loud knocking on his door came right as he was finishing signing his name. Because it startled him the signature was smeered and he cursed. As he got up to open the door he took the letter in his hand and waved it to let the inc dry.
Once he opened the door he found four soldiers standing behind it. He took a few steps back, shocked and retreated towards the fireplace. The soldiers walked in and as one of them begun to speak Michel dropped the letter into the fireplace and it caught on fire.
"Sir, it is pouring rain outside, and we were wondering if we could stay here for a few minutes and dry up before continuing our patrol."
Gordey couldnt even speak, he just nodded nervously and looked again into his fireplace where the flames were finishing the letter. He sighed and thought to himself that maybe this is for the better. He was getting old for the buisness of the Revolution.

orders later today

ill try to make a story to, but I have to go right now
