The Promotions from their UB. Conscripted ones do, but not the ones generated by the decision.
Intentional until further notice.

They don't disable, E&D events just have a higher chance of proccing which makes it harder for the original events to proc.It seems that this mod disables bunch of original VP events. Could you make an option to retain it?
I see. They don't disable, E&D events just have a higher chance of proccing which makes it harder for the original events to proc.
Blame the community really for this issue. Event frequency used to be massive and you would have a variety of events. Now that it's been tweaked down a lot, it's usually the events with the higher frequency XML rating.I see.
Not save-game compatible obviously.
- Oh look at the time. Units that upgrade into units that are replaced by decision units should now be upgraded. Just expect them in the nearest different location(Can't fix due to Lua restrictions)
- Events should no longer spawns Decisions units thanks to @Zarrk
- Some bug fixes and all.
It's the thing that E&D uses to save files and what other mods using TSL?What does TSL do? Does it cause mod conflict with any other mods using TSL?
Currently don't use anything. But I saw TSL in JFDLC, too. I just wondered why there is option to use TSL or not. It's the thing that E&D uses to save files and what other mods using TSL?
Because TSL is extremely buggy in the low-case computers because they can't save up those data.Currently don't use anything. But I saw TSL in JFDLC, too. I just wondered why there is option to use TSL or not.
Okay, good to know.Because TSL is extremely buggy in the low-case computers because they can't save up those data.
You can get it by expending Great Diplomat, which is earned by hiring Civil Servant specialist, and constructing specific wonder like Roman Forum.Just started using this mod with VP after using E&D a while ago in vanilla. My question: How do I get more magistrates? I recall that there was a National Wonder that provided more, but I can't seem to see where it is in VP with this mod added.
Thanks!

Yeah, it's a wonder, too. ('National' but still wonder)Scrivener's Office will also spawn 1 new magistrate every time you advance in an era.
That's really weird. Did you check 'Disable starting bias' option in advanced setup screen? I thought Netherlands always start nearby coast. One of the decisions special to The Netherlands gives a person 2 extra trade routes and 2 cargo ships in the capital after expanding a Great Merchant or Great Admiral in the capital.
The problem with this however, is that I never get a coastal start with The Netherlands. Does this mean I will get 2 caravans instead? Or won't I get anything at all?
