On the way to work I thought of an idea for jungle. I could make an invisible health resource so the jungle would have a negative effect, but with the building of a medicine mans hut it would add a small(say .5) health boost.

I got a similar idea, we could make a lumber improvement (same as in vanilla)
only for jungles, and link to this improvement a resource.

Yes. Please make lumbermill resource improvement, not plantation, as you have in case of oak (this case can be fixed too).

Jip looks better, i didnt created the plantation for oaks, that was Horem a long time ago.

For further version we can try to change that, but not for the upcoming version unless someone else would do this.

Iam to busy with balancing and tweaking stuff for the upcoming version.
 
While toying with Health, i was thinking of creating a Resolution, that could use the feature Health.

Any toughts or suggestions?
 
What about a world health organization, or eradication of smallpox/polo type resolution. Or just a generic "Health Funding" or "Medical Research"

The small box national wonder is already included in the new health policy branch, avaible with the adoption of the last policy.

I thought that the 3 winners of the project would each get one building that increase the Health output.

I mean that i think it's much better to convert existing wonder like 'Smallpox_eradication' to congress wonder. My propositions for bonuses:

1st place: Epidemic_control national wonder: +5 global health.
2nd place: big boost of science (10-20%) for next 5 years
3rd place: Open borders with all countries
Global effect: no more Smallpox 'plagues'.
 
There is no science boost for x years in the tables, only for tourism.
Open borders with all countires doesnt exist in the tables.

Anyway Smallpox is a national wonder, i see no reason to make it unique.

Every branch in CiV is defined about tables, you can add new tables via sql.
But you need ether lua or c++ to make them working.

Have you ever worked with lua?
It always depents on what you are trying and if you need to change the dll for that.

Iam no lua expert, and to create new lua functions from the stretch is a long progress.
 
Well, a lot of work is done, but not all is finished.
Lots of techs miss a quote, description and pedia entry.
This also count for some buildings.

If you have some suggestions, please feel free to post them.

We tried to include most of your suggestions so far, but we are not perfect so if we missed something let us now.
