CEP 3.1.8 Artist Problem

Writers give 3 culture, but Artists give only 2, even though the Tooltip says 3.



Also: Is it normal, that there's no text for the City Focus?

EDIT: Almost forgot: Playing Communitas and almost all Strategic Resource tiles give just a single instance of the resource. Isn't that a bit too rare?

Artists could probably be boosted back up to 3 in the mod. They're not very common slots now.

Looking at it again, Artists don't give any culture right now. (Have not tried 3.1.9 yet)

EDIT: Checked 3.1.9 - Writers give 3 culture and 3 Great Writer progress per turn.
Artists say they give 2 culture, but actually give no culture at all and 3 Great Artist progress points per turn.

I did not play until musicians, but they're probably similar to writers.

I suspect this is a problem with the culture yield. That may have to be fixed in civup and the artists left alone until that time (where they should work as default, and probably should be left alone period).
