Here's my entry. I can make a marble texture background to replace the Parchment so it matches the header as well.
I made a quick HTML edit preview of what it looks like with the current light theme as well.

Here's my try. The font used by FXS for the main title seems to be called Cyan and I made a simple recreation of it using Photoshop's style tools. I have also used FXS' Founders edition assets, but generated the background myself. It was my first attempt at procedurally generating any kind of material in Blender and it may have resulted in more of a tea-stained parchment than marble, but I'm proud enough of it. I extended the gold base under the FE city by creating a matching gradient over a brushed aluminium texture.

I also tried finagling with the site color scheme and HTML:

If I may, I decided to have another go with a dark theme. This time I'd say that I did a better job with marble generation. One note: for some reason the colors change when I upload the image here and the contrast is bumped up, even though the color space should be the same.

I tried uploading the image 10 times in different color spaces and formats, but it's still 10% darker, which annoys me to an irrational degree. The colors return to normal upon download. This is weird, because the first banner uploaded correctly. I guess it's something to be figured out.
