At 150 ping, and due to the nature of spy, sniper and scout all requiring fast reflexs and/or quick flicks of the mouse to shoot targets, more than 100 ping makes things very inconsistent.

Except sniper which I havn't tried at that high of ping (don't have any downloads on steam not pausing properly nor do I play sniper very much), it seemed fine that one time i had 300+ ping. I even had a positive k/d ratio.

Eeh, I usually keep to myself but sure why not. I usually play on Micspam friendly servers though, but I am an avid Civ IV player over STEAM though. Same goes for TF2 and L4D, still trying to beat all four campaigns over Expert mode and finding warring partners for Vs. mode. Err.. Just don't add me if you associate with Gaia Online or if you're in a clan though, hate to sound elitist, but they always brew bad news. :|
