Chaos SG

Ok, here is the basis of the scoring system (the save with the most points wins!) ...

+1 highest population
+1 location of most civilizations
-1 war
+1 best economy
+20 ruff_hi personal feelings factor (changes every few minutes)
<others blanked out at present so that people don't cheat - but will be added when I have all the saves>

I say just go with highest game score.

Say one player researches/trades a lot of techs, their score may still not be as high as the warmonger that goes and takes a couple cities and expands our territory. Then again, maybe not.

It should all balance out.

Or, we could just roll a d3.

I think it would be better to let fate decide as both sharog and me (and Chrth to a certain extent) aren't exactly playing roles which focus on developing our civ;)

Anyway, I'll post my report in an hour or so after I finish lunch

The warmonger reports:

Turn 107 (200 BC)
Straussburg founded
Straussburg begins: Archer
Chaos begins: Archer
Theory grows: 4

Strauss' comments:
Apparently the new city of Straussburg is already the most advanced in the world as it has railroads:rolleyes:
Peace has reigned long enough: declare war on Kublai Khan (Kublai Strauss is the ONLY true Kublai in this world!) and the pig Mao Zedong. Charge!

Charge with what? There are no units worthy of fighting for Chaos!:thumbdown

Turn 108 (175 BC)
Butterfly finishes: Granary

Turn 109 (150 BC)
Tech learned: Mathematics
Butterfly begins: Archer

Turn 110 (125 BC)
Chaos grows: 7
Chaos finishes: Walls
Butterfly grows: 3

Turn 111 (100 BC)
Chaos begins: Archer

Turn 112 (75 BC)

Turn 113 (50 BC)
Chaos begins: Axeman
Chaos finishes: Axeman

Turn 114 (25 BC)
Axeman promoted: Shock
Tech learned: Literature
Chaos finishes: Archer
Theory finishes: Granary
Butterfly finishes: Archer

Turn 115 (0 AD)
Research begun: Construction
Chaos begins: Axeman
Theory begins: Swordsman
Butterfly begins: Barracks
Archer promoted: City Garrison I

Turn 116 (25 AD)

Turn 117 (50 AD)

Bleh. Thanks to those peaceloving fools that were my predecessors I have seen NO action at all! But I shall have my revenge...

Router ...
Cleaner (munterpipe)
Pushover (Minion joe)
SG Breaker (Sharog) <--- everyone is waiting, waiting, waiting - good job on the SG breaking!
MicroManager (pindcator)
Tyrant (chriseay)
Warmonger (Strauss) <--- played
Automaton (Zalson)
Religious Fanatic (chrth) <--- played

Why do I feel that I am in charge of this game? Is everyone pulling a reverse prank on me?

bleuh, i might as well skip then, since i will have -20 atleast if like that
Please don't. I'm sure Ruff will come up with a fair way to figure out which save to use. How about a chaos quiz?

What '-20'? It was '+20' depending on how I feel. You're right - that does seem a bit harsh and inprankical. I'll scrap that part. In fact - here is the full list ...

+1 highest population
+1 location of most civilizations
-1 for going to war during the session
+4 for acting your part
+1 for the smallest save (tie break #3)
+1 for the save whose file size (in Kb) is closest to a prime number (tie break #2)
+1 for founding the city on the 'right' place
+1 for having a funny name for the new city
+1 for highest score
+1 for score closest to a prime number (tie break #1)
+2 if your score is a multiple of 7
+1 for most gold
+1 for most tech advancement
+1 for highest gold production
+1 for highest food production
+1 for highest military count
+1 for highest approval rating (tie break #4)
+1 for best longevity
+1 for highest manufactor production

If we still have a tie, then I give up and will just put the three files in a directory, close my eyes and upload whichever file I click on.

We can't skip the breaker, but can we really let the SG breaker break the SG?

Indeed, we should try being one step ahead of the evil breaker sharog:scan:

As the leader of the game, it's your call. Effectively he's already broken by taking so long to play...

well actually i was caught up with something irl, but if i really have to play this one hmm, i think i can better continue with the saves from chrth or strauss no? either ways, i will finish start with the game within the next 20 minute and hopefully finish it later tonight

EDIT:
i guess i just followed the plan and finished the turns from the same save as the others.

so here goes:
i found KYOTO on the spot, as our true capital should be called, i mean what the hell is chaos and theory, what we need is a true capital, a name worth remembering !, so ofcourse it is necessary to have palace built there. so kyoto start on palace due in 160 turns.
and hej because of the magnificant capital i just created the game decided to reward me a free electro magnetic subway !

and with a true capital, we need a true king, and that would be me ofcourse and that means we need MONARCHY, since we cant trade it from anyone, i have to research that one myself. literature is for the weak !.

and how can a king rule without servant? so massive worker has been built during my reign.
all in all, it was all good.

Brilliant - plays late and then posts ChrTh's save as his own!! Makes the scoring a little difficult.
