I don't know who "our" is and what "like Charlie Kirk" means, but yeah.
Freedom of speech means you can, within the law, say whatever you want.
Now, since this being an internet forum of a turn-based strategy game, there are additional rules.

But in the street - as long as you don't call for violence - my opinion is that you have absolute free speech.

To call Floyd's death an execution is far left unhinged for me.
Yes he was killed, without killing intent in my view ... but pressing your knee on someone's neck seem a risky way to keep an arrested criminal alive.

He might not have explicit authority, but his position as a popular political influencer means that he is perceived as some degree of an authority on the subjects he discusses by those who watch/listen to him.

If you mean in the broader context, yeah, I don't think we need to be careful no matter how many listeners we acquire; free speech is just that.
This idea that "Kirk got too big for his britches, that's why he was done in" should be a frightening prospect for everyone.
At worst, it moves Kirk into a poorly-deserved martyrdom category, like I said before. And, it also makes more people afraid to speak out while also giving a select few even more daring motivation for wanting to do so. I.e. "Look my opinions are so dangerous people will want to kill me too." Which just throws all of democracy out of whack and into more and more demagoguery.

I dunno. I really haven't followed him much so I asked AI to hit me with the absolute worst anti-Trans stuff he's said and most of it seems to boil down to he simply doesn't believe you. Didn't see anything about rounding you up or putting you in camps or shooting you but if it was filtered out, do share.

The older-model .30 caliber hunting rifle was discovered in the woods near the scene of Wednesday’s shooting at Utah Valley University, wrapped in a towel with a spent cartridge still in the chamber, the sources said. There were also three unspent rounds in the magazine, all with wording on them.
