[RD] Charlie Kirk assassinated

WSJ says that the ammunition in the Kirk shooting was engraved with transgender, antifascist ideology. It's behind a paywall so I don't have anything other than the headline.
No details on that yet.

WSJ:
"Investigators found ammunition engraved with expressions of transgender and antifascist ideology inside the rifle that authorities believe was used in the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk, according to an internal law-enforcement bulletin and a person familiar with the investigation.
The older-model .30 caliber hunting rifle was discovered in the woods near the scene of Wednesday’s shooting at Utah Valley University, wrapped in a towel with a spent cartridge still in the chamber, the sources said. There were also three unspent rounds in the magazine, all with wording on them.
Justice Department officials cautioned that the investigation was still in its preliminary stages, and that investigators were still examining the ammunition.
Kirk, 31 years old, was onstage going back and forth with a student about mass shootings involving transgender people when he was targeted, according to videos of the attack. The student hasn't been publicly identified."

More from WSJ:

Charlie Kirk was going back and forth with a student about mass shootings involving transgender people when he was shot, according to videos of the attack.
“Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?” Kirk was asked. “Too many,” Kirk responded. The student said that there have been 5, and continued, “Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America over the last 10 years?” Kirk replied, “counting or not counting gang violence?”
Former congressman Jason Chaffetz was at the event and told Fox News the first question at the event was about religion. “The second question interestingly was about transgender shooters, mass shooters, and in the midst of that, a shot rang out,” he said.

No details on that yet.

Either they're lying or this was definitely a false flag.

I think it's pretty clear Charlie Kirk didn't believe Cloud is a woman. Still not finding much evidence that Charlie Kirk wanted Cloud rounded up and put in camps.

If i label you a risk to children and women, what do you think is going to happen to you when people believe you are?

And if i consistantly did that and someone acted upon it, would my hands be clean because i didn't physically do anything?

The answer is no btw

Some people really are incapable of the least reading between the lines. At least, when it's convenient to them.

Well..... Hate to break it to you...... But a lot of people do, apparently, according to you at least, currently, believe this. Have you been rounded up and put in a camp?

Bro you previously couldn't tell the difference between "not believing in trans people" and actively labelling them as predators to be dealt with

By the time people are actually in camps, it's too late. Camps are the end point of a policy of dehumanization, not the start point.

Usually, by the time people are actually put in camp, all that's left to do is wring your hand and proclaim that you had no warning and couldn't possibly have known (because you wilfully looked away from every single warning sign, and mocked every warning cry).

"Well, you haven't been put in camp" is a politically vapid and uninformed defense - or a dishonest one by people who know perfectly well what they are doing.

I don't care that he didn't believe i am a woman, I care that he labelled people like me as ****ing predatory, delusional dangers to children and women.

Do you have any idea what those words have meant in history @JPetroski?

Yep, in his last words, he was blaming trans people for mass shootings, trying to move the fear generated from mass shootings in America towards hatred of trans people, who were never the major perpetrators of such crimes.

A common tactic, the same as moving the dissatisfaction with the capitalist economy towards jews, foreigners, or even the journalists publishing stats.

Edit: And to be clear, I don't think this is enough to justify murder. I do not wish such things upon others. I do not have a good opinion of the man as one of those who supported people asking for a military dictatorship in my country, blocking roads, and going to military barracks asking the military to kill people for voting wrong. Still, political violence achieves nothing and leads to nothing.

Only the politically vapid and uninformed cling to "well, you haven't been put in camp" as some kind of defense.

Dude is desperate to ignore the fact we already have camps for certain groups, desperate to ignore that trans people are being labelled as mentally ill, dangerous to women and children, deprived of their legal rights and ability to defend themselves, scapegoated and blamed for various societal ills

Either they're lying or this was definitely a false flag.

They're so desperate to blame everything on trans people, but can't grasp that the vast majority of shooters are cis

I don’t very much watch Kirk’s videos so I would have little idea of what his rhetoric is, besides a less nasally and less fast-talky Ben Shapiro.

But insinuating that [insert minority group here] are dangers to women and children isn't alarmist apparently
I'm happy to agree with you that it's not fair to paint a group with a broad brush like that. I'm also happy to use your pronouns as a courtesy to you and to hope you have a long and happy life, spending it how you see fit and doing to your adult body whatever you please. That, however, is the best you'll ever get out of me.

Is the current administration, and their allies, engaged in a campaign of marginalization and dehumanization toward trans people, including suggesting globally taking away gun rights from all of them as mentally ill, associating transgender people with terrorism, and systematically withdrawing any legal recognition and protection they could reach, and so forth, and was Charlie Kirk one of the allies sponsoring treating transgender people as mentally ill, and associating them with terrorism and gun violence?

Because frankly, it seems to me your entire dialogue amount to "it's alarmist to talk about camps until there are camps". Which, again, see my last paragraph above. Vapid and uninformed, or well-informed and malicious. Waiting until the camps to worry about camps is moral and ethical failure.

Referring to Floyd's murder as "a black criminal died during arrest" and then this:

Makes it very clear what Sarin's feelings are on this. The non-denial denial only makes it more obvious. If you think Floyd's murder was in fact wrong, nothing is stopping you from saying so!

It's very clear only in your imagination.

Yes, killing Floyd was wrong. I never wrote otherwise. So was killing Kirk. If you believe that the former was a cause for riot, then the latter is even more so.
