[RD] Charlie Kirk assassinated

He was on the recieving end of the hate he preached and now, thankfully, that has stopped, let us hope his hateful rhetoric recedes from society
Don't lose your hope! But after the latest developments I see a jihad brewing for this false "messiah"!

going tbh this was always going to happen, fascism has been here for a while and it was never going to let go
It’s nonetheless remarkably lacking in foresight to think the administration is tyrannical and their supporters fascists and to be happy this guy was shot.

Oh I get it. Believe me I get it lol.

I just think if it’s a legitimate concern it’s hard for me to call it cope.

I think it makes a lot of sense to fabricate this and that the idea would be we are all so tribal you can pretty much be assured it wouldn’t change much even if you were discovered.
"it makes sense to fabricate this"
I'm not sure I'd agree. It comes with a great risk to fabricate this.

I find it plausible. He wouldn't be the first to be murdered by the left for his opinion.

I bet you wish there was an armed struggle
Why would I wish that?
You all need to sit down with your fellow countrymen, chill, have a beer or two and find some common ground. The US needs a profound reform. I am very happy I wasn't born there.

They're chomping at the bit to crackdown, they were planning to do this from the start, excuse or not.

Why would i sit down with people who view me in the same light as a sex offender, someone who should be shunned from polite society?

You need to get a grip dude, I don't want to be around people who're more than happy to throw me under the bus because i'm different from them.

Republicans burned that bridge when they lost their minds over Obama winning the election.

I left this country because it sucks, it's genuinely dangerous to be a minority in it, especially with these freaks gunning for us, desperate to put us away, have us labelled as mentally ill and deprived of basic rights

I mean, if THAT is your line in the sand maybe revisit if you're even mad at the same people any more.

I genuinely don't think some of you appreciate just how fractured and decentralized conservatives are. Yes, there are some statists who want power and probably are pretty fascist. But you've also all had an opportunity over the past few weeks/months to see:

1. A not small number of conservatives openly challenging Israel and what they're doing in Gaza and elsewhere;
2. A not small number of conservatives giving Trump absolute hell for how he's handling Epstein;
3. A not small number of conservatives giving Pam Bondi absolute hell for her ridiculous remarks on hate speech;
4. A not small number of conservatives very much being open to the possibility that this assassination wasn't done in the way claimed that, let's face it, completely helps them.

If you can't find common ground on any of these things, that's very much a reflection on you.

Modern Republican party is not a conservative party. It is Donald Trump's plaything. The Fringe has taken over. Look what happened to Liz Cheney.
I know of more than one former republican who is now independent, i wonder how many have gone that route and how many more will.

It's likely all these folks I mentioned voted for Trump.

Mainly because of conservative media and the total ineptitude of the democrats. Sometimes i think they lose on purpose.
The Republicans are going to get demolished in the midterms.
Both parties are horrible, but the republicans are much more horrible.

Well, a lot can happen by then. If they were next week, you'd be overwhelmingly wrong with what just happened (which is a big part of the reason the whole story seems bunk).

Bottom line is that most of the US's problems is that it is a 2-party system and both parties are bought and owned by the same interests. Not to mention totally stagnant. Both the Republican and Democrat parties need to be torn down and rebuilt from the ground up.

No disagreement there!

and those who own the 'same interests' love it that there's a growing separation between the two parties.
That's why all the hate is being pumped all day every day.

The sooner both camps realize that this divide is literally tearing apart the country, the better.

Oh I definitely think they lost this presidential election on purpose. I'm very much of the opinion the economy/market has been playing musical chairs and the music will stop in this presidential term. I think it might be shocking enough that whoever is in charge won't win major elections for the next few decades.

Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich started that, and Regan killing the Fairness doctrine.
