Joining:​

Claim 5 provinces. You can claim overseas provinces but nothing silly (having one province in each continent, claiming all canals or claiming Greece and China). They must make some sense.

Rules:​

Each province gives 1 EP. Factories cost 2 EP and produce 1 EP.

Armies cost 2 EP. Navies cost 3 EP.

Armies and Navies can be used offensively or defensively. For an Army to invade a coastal province, it must board a Navy. Each Navy can carry up to 2 Armies.

Every turn you can claim 5 provinces. You do not need armies/navies to claim provinces. You can only claim provinces adjacent to your territory or coastal territories.

In order to be a Pope, you need to be a male, born as a catholic, be a priest for 16, be appointed by the cardinals as a bishop, be appointed by the pope as a cardinal then and be elected by the cardinals as a pope. They are 8 cardinals and are appointed by the pope.
