In other news, I found out that placing and then later removing as little as two water pumps can cause quite the surge and formation of waves in a small river:

I learned the same thing with the first water treatment pump. Fortunately the wave of poo water only inundated the railroad and one road intersection.

The mods continue to come out at a ridiculously fast pace. Ctrl-F to find anything nameable in your city, In-game terraforming tool, extended public transport UI all in the last 10 hours.

I don't think you can run this game:

CPU Minimum: Intel Core 2 Duo, 3.0GHz / AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+, 3.2GHz

I managed to run it on my old computer which has worse specs than that at lowest settings ~10 fps, but I didn't play much so I don't know how it would've done with bigger cities.

I've got some 70k cims, never built a police station, and my crime rate hasn't hit 30% ever.

Both crime and health could really use some base levels or diminishing returns and there should always be some people who don't go through all levels of education.

Damn it, Paradox, why doesn't your criminal model include embezzlement, Ponzi schemes, and illegal file downloading?

Don't over educate them if you're planning to go for a farming district...I did that and now no one wants to work in the agricultural sector of my industry. Luckily, I have lots of oil in an island near by.
