Civ 4 - warlords - no Gamespy- need di-624 config

ok, I have been reading through forums for a long time... I am feelling like I am going crazy on this...

I have Civ IV, and Warlords expansion too..

All I want to do it play remote.. I don't use gamespy or anything .. just the installed Civ + expansion...

I have a di-624 router...

All I want to is to know what the settings should be on that router for multi-player, either hosting or playing.

Lots of answers talk about gamespy and blah blah blah.. I don't do all that-- I just want Civ itself.. I know how to set the Window Firewall.. It's the router I want to be sure is set right...

From one post I read it said "2056" was the only port needed for the game. Is this true?

I'm running 4 pitboss games (some of them for months now), and the only port I have opened on the firewall is 2056. The rest of the ports are for auxiliary stuff - audio chat, IRC, etc.
