Hey Wyz!
You said that you planned to add Denmark in the upcoming 4.0 version.
Could you tell a bit about what you're planning to do with them? Unique Units/Buildings, which cities, and such?
And the unique building will be the Trade Union, but I haven't yet decided specifically what it will replace.
Personally I would have it replace the bank as it is an economic building, and trade unions (or guilds) have been around since the middle ages.
That sounds nice! Any idea yet what the bonusses of the unique units/buildings will be? Also, can you add more than one unique unit without making the danish overpowered? I was thinking something as a unique frigate might be a good idea, as the danish had one of the worlds strongest fleets, around the time frigates was used. (In fact, the frigate Jylland is still somewhat of a national icon)
I went with Trade Union because of their prevelance in Denmark, and we already have Riksbank for Sweden and Trading House for Netherlands.
I'm not completely against it, though, but I never thought of Denmark as a centre of finance.
What's the link to download the warlords version?
To the very small topic regarding the inclusion of Denmark![]()
Personally, I think that the greatest of all Danish leaders was queen Margaret I.![]()
She founded the Kalmar Union and thereby made Denmark reach its heigh. Christian IV is the most popular of the Danish royals, as he finished the construction of several famous buildings. However, he was also the one that made Denmark go almost bankrupt. So I therefore think that the representation should be queen Margaret I.![]()
