He is easily not the greatest leader on the list!
That's obviously Genghis Khan,founder of the Mongol Empire,conquerer of the known world,father of the Mongols and bearer of many other titles.
His successors established the largest empire ever known,dwarfing those puny conquests of the Roman and Alexandrian Empire and if Kublai Khan didn't focused only on China they would have collapsed later and maybe conquered Europe...
 
Why would I listen to you?
The rules do NOT state that I can't discuss about the leaders...
 
But why should I post there where nobody of this thread reads it?
