Anyone else get this - my civ4 manual has pages 49-64 twice.

Purchased from BestBuy in TX this morning.

Not quite but the pages were all stuck together. No! the bloke who packed game didnt get excited just forgot to cut the ends of the pages.
A very scruffy looking manual.

The shape and pages are nice for my manual the info however ...
Cyrus ends up being expansive and organized in my manual.
While Louis XiV became organized and creative ....

@jdenman - have you checked to see if any pages are missing ? That would be a serious drawback ! I remember buying a paperback years ago that had a 64-page section duplicated and was made the correct thickness by having another such chunk omitted. Not the best of reads . . .

Bushface-you were right!! I'm missing pages 33-48!

I'm officially disappointed in this purchase. Problems installing the game, problems playing the game, problems updating the game, and now a manual that is not complete.

Anyone know how I can get a replacement?

I wouldn't bother, it's crap anyway.

That happened to me with a Lemony Snicket book once - the first two bits were the second one twice, so it lost the beginning. That was a bit annoying :)

It's the principle, more then content. Why just let 2K Games get away with it?

With what? An outsourced printing error they had no control over?

We outsource stuff all the time at work, and we are the outsourcers other times. The outsourcing firm has a responsibility to the client to proof anything that goes out. If I can bring the error to their attention and get the firm chewed out for the mistake, next time they get a client the odds are that this won't happen again.

Principle.

Write a letter to them. They'll probably send you a new manual.
