Yeah, Civ 6 AI would never accomplish anything and Civ 3 AI would be too much of a soap opera with everybody essentially being Monty (plus I don't think it has the tools to make this possible)

I have seen a similar contest for a Civ5 mod on youtube once.

I don't remember exactly, but I think Civ5 also got flak early for playing too much like player with no consideration for diplo at all? Civ4 does make it very interesting with distinct leader playstyles, PW, and good relationship strictly banning war. I never played non-1PT Civ games though so I don't know how much of these mechanics were translated into Civ5/6.
