pianoman1242 was quite right, so the floor is yours.
In civ IV, the maya city list goes: Mutal, Lakamha, Chichen Itza
In civ III, neither Mutal nor Lakamha shows up, but Chichen Itza is their capitol.
btw that must be a record, one minute for a question to get answered. too bad i got off the computer right after I posted the question

What is the most expensive tech and how much does it cost?

I'm gonna go with Fussion, but it might be FT. Does each FT get more expensive? (Future Tech < Future Tech 17 or Future Tech = Future Tech 17)

Future Tech (65535). It's a bit difficult to calculate the cost, though. ;)

is it only an unsigned short?

Normal speed. Future Tech it is. What's the cost though?

if it's an unsigned long it would be future tech 4294967295

Oh, that's what you meant. I didn't quite get it the first time. :rotfl:

You read my mind ParadigmShifter, I was thinking of Future Tech 4294967295, but I thought no one would get that, so, I decided to make things a little easier. :sarcasm:

You know what I mean... :p

"6) If person asking question doesn't login to confirm answers within 72 hrs of his question being posted, any one can ask a new question.
7) If no one can answer question within 72 hrs or can't get the right one, questioner can ask again."

I think both come in to play.

How many Civilizations had their traits switched around in Warlords?

Edit: Well fine rolo :p. How many times did all the Civilizations combined have their leaders traits switched?
Well that was probably hard to understand....okay, many leaders had their traits switched in Warlords. How many is basically the question

Oh, sorry again guys. I don't go to threads unless an email comes.

Ok here is a question. A complex one that will hopefully take a while to answer!

Of all the wonders that directly boost :hammers: :commerce: :gold: or :science: - which is the LEAST WORTHWHILE for a Civ playing one-city challenge?

Details:
Spoiler :

1. National and World Wonders count.
2. Only count Wonders that directly boost hammers, commerce, beakers or gold. Don't count other stuff like culture, GPP, other effects, etc.
3. The 'worth' of the wonder is a per-turn measure. It's the raw one-turn-benefit DIVIDED by the raw hammer cost of the wonder. Don't count multipliers for building it (stone, marble, Ind, etc) or when calculating benefits (library etc). Don't take into account obsolesence, or the idea that hammers are worth more early than late.
4. When calculating the benefit, assume 'best-case' scenarios. For example, for the Colossus, assume a city with maximum water tiles.
5. When calculating the benefit, hammers are worth 1, while gold, beakers or commerce are worth 1/2

For example: if a wonder costs 250 hammers and provides a best-case boost of 20 commerce per turn, it is "worth" 10/250 benefit per turn, ie 0.04
If it costs 250 hammers and provides a best-case boost of 50 hammers per turn, it is worth 50/250 ie 0.2

Name the wonder, AND show the correct calculation of its 'worth'. I'll be back in 18 hours...

My initial guess is either the University of Sankore or the Spiral Minaret... both will only be able to give you a grand total of 8 beakers or 8 gold, for a total of 4 benefit. (temple, monastary, catherdral, shrine) Of the two, I think the Spiral Minaret costs more hammers and is therefore worse.

Would the free priest for Temple of Artemis count as directly boosting gold and production? If so then it would be 1production + 0.5gold for 1.5 benefit divided by 350:hammers: for 3/700. Approximately 0.00429

Didn't anyone notice there was already a question? Oh well, yeah it must be the Minaret.

To your question... the Earth18 map makes memorizing the original civs pretty easy.

Kublai Khan (Creative/Aggressive, no change)

Japan
15. Tokugawa (Aggressive/Organized to Aggressive/Protective)

So my guess is 15, give or take one

I think Bissmarck has always been Expansive/Industrious so 14.

Would the free priest for Temple of Artemis count as directly boosting gold and production? If so then it would be 1production + 0.5gold for 1.5 benefit divided by 350:hammers: for 3/700. Approximately 0.00429

Don't forget the trade route bonus. It's raw :commerce:, but I don't know the maximum amount possible. Unless it doesn't count as direct. Anyway:
Great Library 6*0,5=3 3/350=0,00857
Spiral Minaret/University of Sankore 4*2*0,5=4 4/550=0,00727
Temple of Artemis 1+0,5=1,5 1,5/350=0,00429
Statue of Liberty 2*1=2 (engineer) 2/1500=0,00133 - worst.
