oh - back to my 'can you put guided missiles on a boat' question ... yes you can! You need the following:

guided missile in coastal city
missile cruiser in said city
select guided missile
click on 'load onto boat'

I had a transport there too and I was not given the dialog box saying which ship to load the missile on. I sailed the missile cruiser out of the city and the hover said 'can transport missiles - 1/4'.

So, I my plan to have a huge armada protected by stacks of cruise missiles is going to pay off
