Well Niknaks was kind enough to make a Toltec civ, unfortunately its only WOC compatable. I was wondering if you guys could make the Toltecs part of 4.0.

I have the leaderhead on my computer, and I suggest this unit: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.php?p=5585876&postcount=1

As the unique unit, calling it the Atlantes Warrior, named after the warrior statues outside the old Toltec capital. It would replace the Axeman I think.

As for unique building I suggest a great temple of some sort. As the toltecs build many temples(well so did the mayans and aztecs but still..).

Could we get a list of everything that will be in 4.0? (Barring late additions of course)

In the short term, this about covers it:

http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=224437

Add to the list: Thrace, Galatia, and New Zealand, and more civs from Amra - Armenia, Bulgaria, Kush, Italy, Picts, Mahapajit, Mexico, Troy and Toltecs.

I'll put together a master list soon.

Looks very good! Well Done!

I assume all of the versions of Civ Gold on that list are combined to form 4.0?

Also, there will be new leaderheads for existing Civs as well, correct?

Yes, 4.0 will be a cumulative release. We talked about breaking it up - and that's still a possibility due to size - but all civs referenced are part of 4.0.

And there are new leaderheads for Firaxis civs - Russia, England, France, China, Japan, Spain and Rome all get new leaders, to join new leaders from 3.0 for Ethiopia, Greece, Vikings and Zulu.

Master List? I have quite a bit of time this weekend, so i can save you some time by making it myself. All i need is a list of leaders, traits, uu's, and ub's and there stats for Civ Gold 4.0 (Basically the stuff you have in that document somewhere that contains your planning, assuming you have one).
