Eleanor doesn't seem to like dramatic ages very much... getting a taste of her own medicine here.

I love how London is losing loyalty...to free cities. :crazyeye:

I think 292 is about the highest production I've got out of a city before

Magus has vertical integration - I'm assuming this is why I have multi power plant production and +44 from factories?! Never actually looked into the production detailed breakdown much before

I got about 300 in a Phoenician game once.

Why do I have to deal with all this from one single barb camp zzz

Wait until you have to deal with all of that from one Barb Camp on Snow Tiles. I've always wondered what they were feeding all those guys: snowcones?

OK, it doesn’t look that funny or strange on first glance, but this is the first time I’ve ever bothered to settle a city next to Sahara El Beyda… and did I mention this is ONE TURN after I settled said city?

Gaul’s early industrial zone meant I got the 2 x 215 hammers Great Engineer immediately before this, and Petra costs 400… now I just gotta pump some more food into that city.

In my Gaul game I found a desert spot with a few floodplains and a lot of Hills. I started Petra immediately. Then I suzed Nasca. It was a glorious city.

Well, it's your choice; who should survive? The warrior or the slinger?

Back in Vanilla, you would have had 35-strength horsemen from the very start from horse barb camps... and you needed archers straight of the bat and there was no possibility of opening with any other tech; and there were still some (very silly) people who insisted that barbs were fine the way they were (I'm assuming those people play on settler)

Actually, I think I do deserve that eureka. I know I can't technically see it, but where there's smoke, there's fire.

I'm one of those people, and I don't ever play on settler. Mostly King or Immortal, sometimes deity. I've never had the feelings I needed archers straight of the bat. Just FYI.

Yeah someone actually named it partially already too! Isn't that convenient : D

Yo, I never was good at geography but I don't think Venice is located in Asia Minor
