It talks about how after one has played a game too much, one starts having trouble distinguishing reality from the game. For example a Sims player who thinks "what % full is my bladder" or the racing car game enthusiast who knows not to drive for about an hour after his gaming session.
Since lots of people here have marathon Civ3 sessions, has anyone had similar experiences? After that 10 hour gaming session, anyone gone, "Hmm. All this unhappiness due to the Iraq war. Why don't they just increase the luxury rate?"
