Civ4 Temporary Leave Announcement Thread

Just wanted to apologize to everyone on here all at once. I had a crazy week last week/weekend. Knew it would be busy but didnt expect to be THIS busy that I was this delayed and never got a chance to get on here and warn everyone. I am catching up on turns now and expect to be fine through the weekend, minus the small hiccup of Thanksgiving.
 
Boy, don't they cancel trips in those circumstances? I get nervous driving 10 miles in city with poor visibility, how do you handle highways in monster tracks?

It was never so bad for me in a straight truck but now it's a tractor trailor with just a single axle to boot, not much traction and braking as I am used too. I hope I make it back for Turkey :-(

I know I have some games waiting on me. I will try to play today. However I have a lot going on in my family right now. Without going into detail...

My sister is in ICU with her kidneys shutting down
My Mother-in-law is being admitted to the hospital with infection and bronchitis.
My son is going in on Monday the 2nd for an endoscopy and a biopsy of his esophagus.
 
Other than that, have a "Happy?" Holiday(!). :hatsoff:

Ok laptop's battery finally died , ordered it and a new power supply 3~5 bus. days shopping. Will be asking a few players to cover for me via mobile

Should catch up most of my games tonight and answer PMs if all goes well.

Unfortunately we did not get good news with my son's biopsy. My game play will still be affected for a while. I may have to seek replacements, but would rather play. Just don't want to hold you folks up too much.
