♠ Russian Revolution!?!
The Russian military refused to move this season. While it did not cause undue losses, it cannot be good for the reputation of the Tsar, who “cannot be bothered” according to his chamberlain due to his involvement in hosting a board game.

♠ Astonishing Luck!
The Ottomans have pulled one out of their rectal orifice this season. They managed to destroy the Austrian Army in Bulgaria, and they survived the Russian military sitting near their home supply centers with enough sea vessels to capture the Black Sea!

♠ England Under the Gun?
The English Channel was attacked and captured by the French, while the Germans assaulted the English Fleet in the North Sea. Perhaps England has had the tables reversed on it! Stay tuned!

Umm I was under the thought that we were on indefinente hiatus and didnt receive any notification that we were still on. Oh well I am still in, this just sets me back a big bit

Arminius had moved the deadline to Thursday night. Getting provisionals in is important just to cover your ass in came of snafu.

I sent an email that gave the new deadline and I even sent you a PM after you missed the deadline giving you a 6 hours grace-period due to the moving deadline. I know you got online after I sent that PM and yet I still did not receive orders. That's why I gave you an NMR. Tough luck, mate.

Its all good. I am still in.

That's okay, Sheep, take as long a vacation as you need...

The Publisher apologizes for being late. He is an American, and Spring Break is this week. It is unfortunate that you were not given further warnings, and great strides will be made towards preparing a better memory for the Publisher. However, it is still Spring Break, so you might consider yourself luck that he remembered at all.

The Russian Army in Berlin, and the Turkish Fleet in the Aegean Sea both must vacate their current provinces.

This is what I feel is one of the bad points of Diplomacy.

A nation (Turkey) knows he is going to die, so he actually supports another nations units into his territory (Russia) so that the other nation (ME) would not get it. I find that completely wrong. Just because we had maybe said something in our negotiations doesn't mean that the other nation deserves your territories your giving him. Both nations used irrational tactics (in a bad way) to both get what they wanted: 1. More centers (Russia) 2. For another naion not to get his supply centers (Turkey and me). Why you just wouldn't defend your centers and die honorly is beyond me; going down as a turncoat, giving your centers to another nation freely, is simply unjustified. I think you let personal problems (which I am not aware of) to say

"I am going to die. Hey Russia, want my centers? I do not want the Austrian to have them!"

So, I am now afraid to try to force what I want through Gnarfflinger, because he might just give his centers to someone else!

Oh, Russia is going to get mullered now if it is the last thing I do. Hopefully I won't be alone in this crusade and I think he has aggravated enough nations that his destruction will be imminent.

As for the gimp playing Turkey...for shame! Turkey need not have lost a centre, instead he gifts Russia two DL ALERT

Quite simply the worse play I've seen to date in a civdip game...

This is one aspect of the game that cannot be accounted for, either disasterous play or NMR by one nation and how it impacts on others.

Actually I kinda tricked him if he will kindly show you the email.

The negoations kind of went like this.

Russia: I kind of need more centre's right? So here it goes. If you let me have Bulgaria I will then attack Austria!
Turkey: And if I dont give you Bulgaria?
Russia: I will support Austria in.
Turkey: Well I guess I will support you in.

Now as for the Ankara bit that was just pure stab.

So I am sorry Turkey, to destroy you like this, but I Austria is the only one I am remotely friendly with at the moment. (that is an understatement of course but why would I openly reveal who my friends are?) Having said that, can I get an apology from the other players because of their persumption to think I would agree to do such a thing.

I will also be retreating the army in Berlin to Prussia. I dont see why this would need to be a secret
