Population: Mainly skeletons, some other spooky undead creatures like ghosts, zombies, frankenstiens and draculars.

History: Due to an unforeseen noodle incident involving a poker game consisting of UN officials and three strippers, a Hungarian apartment complex and the entirety of Gotham, Fiji, Swabia became independent. After the Flying Dutchman came and caused the undead to rise, the Swabians realized the potential of sabotaging other countries by turning their boats into replicas of the Flying Dutchman. Cived didn't like that idea so it got canned the universe was repelled by that idea so Skeletons came out of everyone's closet and spooked the entirety of Swabia to death. Now the Skeletons rule over Swabia and they being their quest to spook the rest of the world to death. Starting with you THERE IS A SKELETON BEHIND YOU RIGHT NOW AIOHGAIEHGOAIWHGAOB.

I'm aiming to have the update up by Tuesday, and will give some more time for orders then - as long as we can accept that I'm not going to give a whole week to get orders in.

For this one, all I really expect is orders in the following format:
N points into expansion
(map of expansion)
N points into research
(here you put the format I posted earlier in the thread)
N points into army
etc.
Since you're not on the map until VERY VERY SOON ORDERS LOCKING you don't have to worry until next turn.

The Year is 2200 AD, following a great storm and cataclysm which amongst others brought the Flying Dutchman back. We're thus running on the idea that around 70% of Indian-Atlantic Ocean ship disasters are caused by the Flying Dutchman.

Expansion - Claim one province per Focus Point, with overseas costing 2 focus points. If at war, can be used to designate provinces you're attacking.

Overseas meaning across the ocean, of course.
