Civilization Elimination II

Rules: Once every 24 hours, you may add a vote to one civilization and subtract a vote from one another. You may base your votes on anything from personal bias to actual facts about which civilization is the best. It's king of the hill, civilization style.

Please use the following format for votes:

Country A: +1
Country B: -1

You do not need to update the "scoreboard" every post you make, I will keep an updated version of it in the OP.

Once only 20 civilizations are left, from then on each vote taken away will be worth -2 instead of -1. only 10 civilizations are left, you may vote once 5 others have voted. Once there are only 5 civilizations left, you may vote after 3 others have voted.

Can we do what Cathasis suggested:

Suggestion: in heal-or-hurt games I've seen before there's been a different system, under which each person has 1 point to add and 2 points to take away (as opposed to 1 to add and 1 to take away, as here).

In that way, there's always going to be a net loss of points with every post, and so the game will definitely reach an end in finite time without rule changes (so no 'let's just bring it back to parity for the umpteenth time' situations).

That would make it a lot more fun
